Cellbox User Report - In vitro maturation in a portable CO₂ incubator supports optimal embryo development
In collaboration with VetEmbryo, we conducted a study to evaluate the use of the Cellbox™ Shipper Ground for in vitro maturation (IVM) of bovine oocytes. The study assessed temperature stability, gas concentration, and non-toxicity for oocytes inside the portable CO₂ incubator. Results showed that oocytes matured in the Cellbox™ demonstrated similar embryo development rates and quality as conventional systems. This suggests that the Cellbox™ supports effective oocyte maturation and could be a reliable method for bovine embryo production during transport.
