THE NEW GENERATION OF PORTABLE INCUBATORS FOR LIVE CELL TRANSPORT
About the Cellbox
Main power switch and battery-status indicator LEDs
The main power switch has a protective lid. The four LEDs indicate the battery status.
Plug for external power supply
The Cellbox has an integrated and rechargeable Li-ION battery system with an external 100-230V power adapter.
Two locks safeguard your valuable material and prevent unwanted access.
The homescreen displays the incubation conditions and allows users to manage the temperature, the CO2 concentration and the data logging.
Dry ice container with lid
A thermally-insulated container for the storage of approximately 0.5kg dry ice pellets.
Incubation chamber lid
The incubation chamber is closed off from the environment by a lid made from polyurethane.
Compartment for accessories
The power cable, the power adapter and the car adapter can be stored here.
Pascal Röderer life & brain GmbH
»The Cellbox provides an ideal environment with 37°C and 5% CO2 during the shipment, to ensure that the cells reach our partners in a good shape.«
University of Bielefeld, Medical School EWL.
»All planned imaging experiments were successful and the cells were examined under the microscope as confluent, viable and with vibrant activity«
SUN Bioscience SA
»Patient-derived samples are very precious. The Cellbox has proven to be the perfect portable incubator to ensure the safe transport of Sarcoma 3D Cultures across borders.«
Cattaneo Lab - University of Milan INGM
»Cellbox proved to be a superior device for live cell transport, even in difficult conditions when multiple flights were necessary.«
»SECURE AND STREAMLINED TRANSPORTATION OF BIOLOGICAL MATERIALS FROM THE UK TO THE US«
Gamm Lab, University of Wisconsin-Madison
»Truth-in-advertising for battery life, and cell viability claims are sufficient for cross-campus transport. The Cellbox can be used to ship organoids without significant changes to the cell viability or performance.«
Opthalmic Oncology & Genetics Group; Institute of Human Genetics
»Handling of Cellbox flight was easy and convenient. There was no difference in appearance of the retinal organoids before and after the transport.«
»Cellbox turned out to be a really good solution for the transport of our dermo-epidermal substitutes, the temperature and CO2 were stable during the whole seven hours trip.«
