Cellbox Solutions joins Horizon Europe project led by Tampereen Korkeakoulusaatio SR

The KeratOPrinter project is a Horizon Europe initiative that we have successfully won as a consortium through a competitive selection process. It aims to develop innovative bioprinted corneal grafts to address the global shortage of donor corneas. This consortium-led project, headed by Tampereen Korkeakoulusaatio SR, brings together multiple partners, each contributing their expertise to different aspects of the project.
Cellbox Solutions is pleased to be part of this effort, specifically focusing on the development of packaging and transport solutions for the bioprinted corneal grafts. Our role involves creating secure and efficient solutions for handling, storing, and shipping these delicate biological structures to ensure their integrity throughout the process.

Together with our partners StemSight Oy, Brinter AM Technologies Oy, Maastricht University, University Hospital Cologne, University of Helsinki, Asphalion SL, and Crowdhelix Limited, we are contributing to different areas of the project, from bioprinting technology and cellular research to regulatory compliance and logistics.
We are excited to bring our expertise to this groundbreaking initiative and look forward to collaborating with our partners to advance the field of corneal graft transportation and preservation.
